Dawn is available to assess the needs in a community and customize the development of an appropriate program. Her projects range from the development of extensive aftercare programs for funeral homes and cemeteries to custom training programs for frontline staff who work with bereaved clients, to developing a commemorative program for a community.

Dawn has been involved in developing and training volunteers in palliative care for the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Palliative Care Residence which opened in Hudson in Sept. 2010.

Dawn is coordinating the Youth Bereavement Services Project - sponsored by the West Island Palliative Care Residence and TENAQUIP - and giving workshops to community organizations on the West Island on "Helping Young People Deal with Death".
